Meet the Chef Lorenzo Di Gravio and discover the flavors of traditional Italian cuisine, along with the excellence and passion which are at the core of the Michelin starred Assaje restaurant.
At your arrival, the Chef and his Team will welcome you and briefly introduce you to your cooking class as well as providing you with the recipes: paper and pen to take notes, apron and hat to prepare one of a kind dishes.
Following the introduction session, you will be ready to learn the Chef’s secrets and techniques experimenting with the freshest local ingredients and transforming them in culinary masterpieces

At the end of the lesson, you will be able to taste your creations at the Assaje restaurant, located in an elegant dining room overlooking the luxurious private garden.
Before saying goodbye, you will receive a participation certificate signed by Chef Lorenzo Di Gravio, together with a little souvenir of the day.

- Cooking classes from 1 to 4 people are available; € 250 per person, wines and beverage excluded, for a lesson of approximately two hours and a half.
