After having worked in the most famous kitchens of the world from the Plaza Athenée in Paris with Alain Ducasse to the Espadon del Ritz with Michael Roth, the Pellicano with Antonio Guida and the Badrutt’s Palace in St Moritz, Andrea Migliaccio is now Executive Chef of Assaje, which he manages together with the support of Resident Chef Claudio Mengoni.
